Fagskolen Innlandet is one of the largest public higher vocational colleges in Norway. We provide practice-oriented education closely connected to industry and working life. Our students are typically skilled workers who want to build further competence and take the next step in their careers.
To strengthen our staff within these fields of study, we are interested in getting in touch with professionals who may want to contribute as teachers or subject specialists in our programmes.
We are particularly interested in candidates within
- Automation
- Road construction, tunnel engineering and civil engineering
- ICT / information technology
- Industrial production and technical disciplines
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have relevant professional experience from the fields mentioned above
- Have education at minimum a level equivalent to a Norwegian higher vocational degree (fagskole) or higher
- Have strong professional expertise and motivation to share knowledge with students
Pedagogical qualifications are beneficial but can be completed after employment if you do not already have formal teaching credentials.
We mainly teach in Norwegian language but for the right candidate we can accept English as the teaching language in the first part of the employment. We expect the candidates to be learning as much Norwegian as possible and to be able to teach in Norwegian when ready.
